You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an account on 99jtu. Registering a false date of birth is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 99jtu. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, 99jtu reserves the right to close all accounts and void any associated balances.

99jtu reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point where the Platform has reason to verify your identity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP / SIM / Paspor), proof of residential address, and documentary evidence of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will result in Account restriction or closure.
99jtu accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; cryptocurrency via USDT on the TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks; and international cards Visa and Mastercard where available.
All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name as it appears on your 99jtu Account. Deposits received from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or payment brokers — will be returned to the originating source and may trigger an Account review. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Account cashier and may be adjusted by 99jtu at its discretion. VIP Players may be eligible for enhanced limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.
Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by 99jtu are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a verified Account in good standing. Players who have previously been found to have abused promotional offers, operated duplicate accounts, or engaged in prohibited betting patterns are not eligible for promotions and may be permanently excluded from all future bonus programmes.

All sportsbook wagers — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the correct odds at the time of bet placement due to a technical error, 99jtu reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account.
Live casino games — including Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, and game show titles — are delivered via live video stream from professional studio environments operated by licensed third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99jtu makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any odds or game data, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 99jtu's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 99jtu's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 99jtu support via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
99jtu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (d) your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and has a zero Balance.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by 99jtu — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms terminate immediately. Real-money Balances in a closed Account will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 99jtu. Bonus Funds are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason.
99jtu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 99jtu will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99jtu holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions of their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 99jtu's customer support team for good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 99jtu. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
